Can I start my company before I move?+

Yes. Sumly supports online company formation for residents and non-residents. Your own immigration status, tax residency and company registration are separate matters, which the relevant professional assesses separately when planning your move.

Is the Yellow Slip service right for me?+

This service is for EU citizens moving to Cyprus to start or run a business. It covers your own registration certificate. Private relocations, family-member applications and non-EU immigration applications are outside this service.

Are tax residency and non-dom the same thing?+

No. Tax residency establishes your tax residence; non-dom is a separate status relevant to Special Defence Contribution on dividends and interest. Eligibility needs an individual review and GeSY contributions may still apply.

What is included in the price?+

The listed Relocated fixed packages cover the stated platform work and routine independent provider work expressly included in your order. Impactify LTD receives your payment and pays those included providers. VAT is additional. The professional accepts any required separate engagement before regulated work begins. Government fees and other actual expenses for registrations are invoiced separately after approval. Recurring services and optional company services are separate; we agree the scope with you before you commit.

What happens if my plans change?+

The relevant professional assesses eligibility before filing. An authority decision is not guaranteed. If you cancel, fees for work actually delivered and approved non-recoverable costs are accounted for and unused advances are refunded, subject to statutory rights. Any additional provider guarantee must be stated in its own accepted terms.

How long does the process take?+

Company formation usually takes a few weeks, depending on name clearance, complete documents and the Registrar. Yellow Slip timing depends on local appointment availability. We confirm the expected sequence for your situation on the first call.

Can you also help after I relocate?+

Yes. Through Sumly you can add a registered office, secretary, director where appropriate, accounting software, a dedicated bookkeeper, independent audit support and IP Box tracking. The accounting platform is built for Cyprus limited companies; self-employed registration does not include bookkeeping.
