Relocated.cy is a technology platform and coordination brand operated by Sumly LTD. It helps customers connect with independent lawyers, accountants and other professionals for Cyprus business setup and relocation. Relocated.cy is not a law firm, legal practice or accounting firm.

Finding a provider, discussing your plans or booking an introductory call does not itself appoint a lawyer or accountant. Before professional work starts, confirm the provider’s identity, relevant qualifications and authority, the services they accept, their fees and the engagement terms.

The professional provides the advice

Legal advice and legal representation are supplied by the independent lawyer or legal practice engaged for that work. Accounting and tax work are supplied by the responsible independent professional under the agreed engagement. Registration, immigration and other support must also have an identified provider and a defined scope.

Relocated helps organise the introduction and the next steps. A professional’s assessment, acceptance of your instructions and any required authorisation remain separate. Do not assume a filing deadline has transferred to a provider simply because you have made an enquiry.

Finding the right lawyer or accountant

Our matching language describes helping you find a professional suited to the matter you describe. Your nationality, business activity, location, documents, timing and the specialist work required can affect that choice. A reference to the right professional or the best fit for a case is not a claim that one person is objectively the best lawyer in Cyprus.

No ranking, regulatory endorsement, successful outcome or universal screening standard is implied. Ask the professional about their relevant experience, qualifications, conflicts and proposed approach before deciding whether to engage them.

Scope, fees and applications

The website describes available service options and published prices. Your written proposal must confirm the responsible provider, included work, VAT treatment, government charges, actual expenses and any separate recurring service. Company formation, residence registration, tax residence and non-dom status are separate processes.

Authorities, banks and other decision-makers assess applications independently. Assistance is not approval. Where an existing service-fee refund or approval guarantee applies, its provider, eligibility conditions, scope and exclusions must be confirmed in the relevant terms. This page does not create an additional guarantee.

After a confirmed platform payment, our team will contact you within 2–3 days to arrange an introductory meeting, listen to your needs and preferences, and agree together on how to move forward. We use the email address and phone number you provide for this follow-up. Sending an enquiry alone does not create a paid order or appointment.

Platform service and contracting party

We are a technology platform, not a law firm, authorised accounting practice or estate agency. You pay Impactify LTD for the stated platform package. We match you with suitable independent providers and arrange and purchase the third-party work expressly included in your accepted fixed-price scope. Regulated work is performed by the appropriately authorised professional under any required separate engagement.

What your payment buys

Your order states the platform work, included third-party work, any approved provider budget, applicable VAT and the fixed total before payment. We arrange and pay the included providers as stated in that order. Work or official charges expressly excluded from the accepted package are not purchased automatically and need a separately accepted quote. This is not an unlimited commitment to buy every service that may later become necessary.

Independent regulated professionals

An introduction or platform payment does not appoint a lawyer, authorised accountant or estate agent. Where required, the professional confirms identity, authority, represented client, conflicts, accepted assignment and the separate professional engagement before regulated work starts. Professional judgment and confidentiality remain with that provider. Our platform fee covers genuine technology, matching and coordination work; it is not a percentage of an advocate’s fee or payment for compromising professional independence.

Delivery, alternatives and remedies

After confirmed payment, we contact you within 2–3 days to arrange an introductory meeting, listen to your wishes and agree the practical next steps. If a suitable provider cannot accept included work, we discuss an agreed alternative or refund the undelivered portion, after accounting for work already delivered and authorised non-recoverable costs. We remain responsible for our own contracted platform and procurement obligations; this disclaimer does not remove applicable consumer rights or remedies.

Discounts

A valid 100% code reduces the price of the package to which it is applied. It does not waive official taxes, third-party charges or additional work that are outside that accepted package. Codes may have expiry dates and redemption limits. The discount and final amount are shown before confirmation.
