Who supplies your package
Sumly LTD (Cyprus company HE498829) operates Relocated.cy. Impactify LTD (Cyprus company HE474043) is the contracting party and payment recipient for packages purchased through the platform. What the fixed price buys
We supply the stated technology, matching and coordination work and arrange and pay the independent providers for routine third-party work expressly included in your accepted package. We are not a law firm, authorised accounting practice or estate agency. The professional confirms identity, authority, represented client, conflicts and any required separate engagement before regulated work starts. A platform payment does not itself appoint that professional. We do not retain a percentage of an advocate’s fee for an introduction.
Company formation — €1,450 excluding VAT
One straightforward Cyprus limited company, one business activity and up to two individual shareholders. Includes intake, an organised formation brief, a document checklist, up to two consolidated information rounds, routine independent-provider company preparation and filing work arranged and paid by Impactify, and coordination/status follow-up for up to 90 days. The appointed professional accepts the required legal engagement separately. Government fees, translations, certifications, registered office, secretary, nominee services, tax/VAT registrations, banking approval and ongoing accounting are excluded unless expressly added in the accepted order.
EU registration — €490 excluding VAT
One adult EU applicant and one standard MEU1 route connected with starting or running a business in Cyprus. Includes eligibility-intake coordination, one document checklist, two document-check rounds, routine independent-provider preparation and filing assistance arranged and paid by Impactify, and appointment/status coordination for up to 90 days. Government fees, insurance, translations, biometrics, travel and attendance costs, representation in a dispute, family-member and non-EU routes are excluded. Any further professional assignment needs an accepted quote.
Tax residence and non-dom — €890 excluding VAT
One individual and one tax year. Includes intake and document organisation, routine assessment and preparation of the Cyprus tax-residence/non-dom request by the independent tax professional, two consolidated information rounds and coordination follow-up for up to 90 days. Impactify arranges and pays that included provider work. Eligibility and the appropriate filing are confirmed by the responsible professional. Foreign tax advice, legal opinions, audits, disputes and later tax years are excluded.
Self-employed registration — €390 excluding VAT
One individual and one business activity. Includes an organised tax and Social Insurance registration brief, one consolidated information round, routine independent-provider registration preparation and filing assistance arranged and paid by Impactify, and coordination follow-up for up to 60 days. Ongoing bookkeeping, returns, business licences, foreign registrations and specialist advice are excluded. The Sumly accounting software is for limited companies and is not supplied as self-employed bookkeeping by this package.
Total price and excluded costs
At 19% VAT the totals are €1,725.50 for company formation, €583.10 for EU registration, €1,059.10 for tax residence/non-dom and €464.10 for self-employed registration. Ask for a written quote before paying if different VAT treatment may apply. Included provider work is paid from the package price; it is not billed to you a second time. Official charges, excluded work and optional services are separately itemised and require your acceptance before purchase. An excluded specialist engagement may be contracted directly with its provider where that is expressly agreed. IP Box tracking and software subscriptions are separate services under their accepted terms.
Scope, suitability and changes
The order records the included assignment, assumptions, price, VAT, exclusions and accepted terms. Each provider must accept the actual work before professional delivery begins. If no suitable provider can accept included work, we discuss an agreed alternative or refund the undelivered portion after accounting for delivered platform work and authorised non-recoverable costs. We do not commit to unlimited work or official approval. Further parties, activities, rounds, applications or periods need a separately accepted quote. Existing accepted contracts retain their agreed terms.
Payment and first contact
One-off packages are funded at checkout. After confirmed payment we will contact you within 2–3 days to arrange an introductory meeting, listen to your needs and preferences, and agree together how to move forward. We use your required email address and international phone number. No automatic customer email or SMS is sent. An enquiry alone is not a paid order. Our team receives an internal notification and follows up personally. Delivery estimates begin after acceptance and complete information; official appointments, authority decisions and bank approval follow their own timelines.
Discount codes
A valid code reduces the package price shown in checkout. The final amount is shown before confirmation. Codes may expire or have a shared redemption limit. A 100% code does not purchase excluded government charges or extra work. A discounted order retains its agreed scope and applicable rights.
Cancellation, withdrawal and unused advances
Request cancellation through Contact us and quote the order reference. We account for work already delivered and approved non-recoverable third-party costs and refund the unused advance. Where a statutory distance-contract withdrawal right applies, you have 14 days from contract conclusion. Work within that period starts only if you expressly request an early start. On withdrawal after that request, only the lawful proportionate charge for delivered work is payable. The right ends on full performance only with the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement. Mandatory rights prevail. A one-off package creates no automatic renewal or subscription; ongoing work needs a separate accepted agreement.
Responsibilities and remedies
Impactify remains responsible for its contracted platform and provider-procurement obligations. The independent professional is responsible for the advice or regulated work they accept and must preserve professional independence and confidentiality. Report a problem promptly through Contact us so it can be investigated and corrected. We do not guarantee an authority decision, bank account, tax saving, uninterrupted third-party service or deadline outside our accepted work. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded and do not extend legal deadlines. Use the professional’s agreed private channel for confidential records.
